Booking Policy

How to book

1. Choose your package or stay.
2. Check availability with us on WhatsApp or by phone.
3. Share guest details and preferences.
4. On confirmation, pay the advance by UPI or bank transfer.
5. Receive your booking confirmation and visit details.

Confirmation

Please confirm your preferred date and the number of guests at least 48 hours in advance. Please make the required advance payment before the scheduled date.

Payment

Advance and booking payments are made by UPI — the QR is on the home page — or by bank transfer, for which we give you the account details when you book. Please verify these payment details with Saakshi Retreat on the official contact numbers before you pay. We never change our UPI or bank details over chat.

Check-in and check-out

Cottages and the eco-hut-style dormitory: check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Camping tents: please confirm the check-in time when you book.
