Quick booking information

• ID proof: a valid government photo ID (driving licence, voter ID or passport). PAN cards are not accepted.
• Kids: one child below 5 years stays free, without an extra mattress.
• Pets: not allowed.
• Conduct: respectful behaviour is required; action may be taken over disturbances.
• Damage: the guest is responsible for damage to the property.
• Guest count: charges apply as per the confirmed booking numbers.
• Dress and pool: proper clothing is expected, a swimming costume is mandatory in the pool, and no alcohol is permitted during activities.
• Taxes: as per government rates.
• Standard hotel policies apply.

Payment policy

• 50% advance to confirm the booking.
• The balance is paid at check-in.
• Payment by bank transfer.

Cancellation

The charge retained on a confirmed booking, by how far ahead of your date the cancellation reaches us:

• 7–15 days before the date: 35%.
• 4–7 days before the date: 50%.
• 1–3 days before the date: 100%.
• Postponement: 25%.
